Group Programs in 2026

This year I will be running three seasonal 8-week group programs in spring, summer, and fall.

Each season focuses on a core practice to help you gain clarity and confidence in your relationship by increasing your tolerance and communication of overwhelming emotions without sabotaging your intimacy, releasing the wounds from the past affecting how you show up in the present, and getting opposing sides of yourself on the same page so you can commit with confidence (or peacefully walk away and stop wasting time).

Each exercise is done in pairs, so when you join the group program, you will be learning both how to be a “guide” in the exercise as well as soften into the experience of being guided.

February 7th - March 28th*:
CONSCIOUSNESS EXERCISE

By far one of the most powerful exercises to clear out obsessive thinking by accessing the feeling-states beneath them. This also allows for the person doing the exercise to find a reference point of stillness and peace. This is important because without a reference point of a quiet, spacious mind, it runs amok and therefore runs us– where we believe every thought we think and then spend our entire lives compensating for the thoughts that we don’t want to believe are true.

July 7th - August 22nd*:
POLARITY WORK

This exercise teaches you to zoom in on an inner conflict and either entirely resolve it to the point of harmony and congruence, or make peace with their differences. One common example for those with ROCD is the “should I stay or should I go?” conflict. Polarity work can help you step out of a limiting mindset, get to the emotions hiding beneath the surface of parts screaming for your attention, and quit feeling triggered by people who hold perspectives opposite to the one you want, because it won’t strike an unconscious mirroring chord within you anymore.

October 10th - November 28th*:
CHANGE HISTORY

Our beliefs are shaped by our past experiences– for better or for worse. You can change your belief systems by changing your perception of the past through somatic experiencing and visualizing. This is a partnered exercise that allows you to surgically re-visit the past and re-experience it through a child-like lens in your favor, so you can meet the needs of your past self and travel through a “time-warp” into the present with new beliefs that will support, not hinder, your life, relationships, and future.

Call Structure

You’ll be provided supplementary material in advance to prepare for each session which builds upon the last. In the call, either I or my colleague Stefi will begin by reviewing the technique for the day. Then we will either do a practice as a group or we will break you up into breakout rooms on Zoom as we float around supporting those guiding the practice. The portions of the calls where we are all together will be recorded and uploaded; the breakout rooms will not. However, the nature of the community platform (Circle) makes it very easy for you to find people to practice with should you miss a session.
