UNWAVERING is a transformative, year-long group journey that blends three of my best-selling seasonal programs focused on particular exercises that work together to enable lasting transformation in the area of relationship anxiety and beyond. These seasonal “trimester” group programs are designed to build internal capacity for emotions, reconcile internal conflicts caused by personality aspects in disagreement, and uproot & rewrite limiting relationship beliefs caused by painful past experiences.

February 7th - March 28th:
CONSCIOUSNESS EXERCISE

By far one of the most powerful exercises to clear out obsessive thinking by accessing the feeling-states beneath them. This also allows for the person doing the exercise to find a reference point of stillness and peace. This is important because without a reference point of a quiet, spacious mind, it runs amok and therefore runs us– where we believe every thought we think and then spend our entire lives compensating for the thoughts that we don’t want to believe are true.

July 7th - August 22nd:
POLARITY WORK

This exercise teaches you to zoom in on an inner conflict and either entirely resolve it to the point of harmony and congruence, or make peace with their differences. One common example for those with ROCD is the “should I stay or should I go?” conflict. Polarity work can help you step out of a limiting mindset, get to the emotions hiding beneath the surface of parts screaming for your attention, and quit feeling triggered by people who hold perspectives opposite to the one you want, because it won’t strike an unconscious mirroring chord within you anymore.

October 10th - November 28th:
CHANGE HISTORY

Our beliefs are shaped by our past experiences– for better or for worse. You can change your belief systems by changing your perception of the past through somatic experiencing and visualizing. This is a partnered exercise that allows you to surgically re-visit the past and re-experience it through a child-like lens in your favor, so you can meet the needs of your past self and travel through a “time-warp” into the present with new beliefs that will support, not hinder, your life, relationships, and future.

 


Combined, these exercises shatter illusions, build nervous system capacity, and re-wire our nervous systems into states of simultaneous LOVE and TRUTH – that means having your heart and head screwed on properly… essential to proper communication and sound decision-making.

 

This program also includes a year-long mentorship with Natalie and Stefi via a monthly Q&A, who are well-versed in the practices we will be teaching and their applications in your relationships. You will be learning how to finally drop the identity of being an anxious person – because you will honor anxiety’s sacred role in your life with gratitude and peace without letting it rule you.

Natalie Kennedy

Natalie Kennedy is a mindfulness and womens' embodiment practitioner specializing in their applications to relationships and life transitions.

She spent 6 years coaching on relationship anxiety drawing from personal experience in the trenches of her relationship and marriage, as well as 5 years as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is an Embodied Wisdom Facilitator and certified Meditation and Yoga Teacher. 

She has spent thousands of hours working directly with hundreds of clients experiencing intense doubts in their relationships and helped them cross the other side.

 

Stefi Preiss

Stefanie (Stefi) Preiss began her journey in the field of solar physics, but a life-altering event—the unexpected death of her boyfriend—led her to seek deeper meaning, truth, and inner fulfillment. This turning point sparked a profound spiritual quest that eventually brought her to India, where she immersed herself in meditation and inner work, ultimately awakening to her true nature.

Since 2011, Stefi has been guiding others on the path of meditation, healing, and spiritual freedom. Her work is deeply rooted in presence, truth, and transformation, and in recent years, the archetype of the shaman and healer has emerged more fully through her offerings.

Stefi shares her work in various formats and settings, primarily from her home—an organic farm and meditation center nestled in the Austrian countryside. She draws inspiration from many spiritual lineages, with her most influential teachers being Osho, Christian Meyer, Mooji, Mother Earth, and the master plants.

“Relationships make you conscious”. My favourite quote from Natalie.

I had reached a desperate crossroads with my boyfriend of 9 years. After rejecting marriage from him twice and the biggest fight in our relationship, I was living a daily life of sleep-losing, chest-stabbing anxiety. Do I marry him or break up with him? I couldn’t fathom ever coming up with an answer after intellectually debating the pros and cons in my head for years. I decided to invest in group work with Natalie thinking it could help me mend my relationship with my partner. It turns out that the solution to all of my relationship anxiety questions (“do I leave or stay?”, “is this relationship anxiety or do I not love him anymore?”, “what does it mean that I feel this way?”, etc.) was never going to come from my rational brain. I tried that for 9 years. The solution was actually unlearning harmful relationship beliefs and answering the question “How do I feel?”. For the first time in years, I can actually answer that question now. This was a life changing course for me. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone who is struggling with relationship anxiety, whether you’re in a relationship or not.   1. Meet your old, stagnant, sticky emotions making it difficult to see your partnership clearly (making it understandably difficult to trust your perceptions and therefore make decisions for the long-term), and transform them into reverence, clarity, and peace
